Sean Lynch
CEO
Sean has over a decade of experience working in the Credit Union sector and has built up a strong network of partnerships both locally and nationally during that time.
Debbie Kinghorne
Business Development Officer
Debbie works directly with employers, community groups, and partner organisations to introduce payroll-deduction savings, affordable loans and financial-wellbeing support.
Ann O’Connell
Chair
Ann is a qualified treasurer and accountant with a particular interest in good governance, and has many years experience in banking, working in audit, finance, treasury, and risk.
Phil Beardmore
Vice Chair
Phil believes in moving towards a low carbon economy that creates jobs and economic growth. He has specific skills in the co-operative and social enterprise sectors including business start-up.
Anne Barnett
Non Executive Director
With 30 years’ experience, Anne’s HR career has spanned several industries in the private sector. During this time Anne has become known for her commercial approach as a people expert.
David Clarke
Non Executive Director
David was elected to the Board of Citysave in 2016. He runs a sales company supplying products to the garden retail industry. David has a keen interest in personal finance with particular focus on the mutual sector.
Chris Marston
Non Executive Director
Chris is the Chief Executive of LawNet, a network of more than 70 law firms in the UK & Ireland. He is also a non-executive director of a mutual insurance company providing professional indemnity cover.
Joshua Moreton
Non Executive Director
With over a decade of experience in political campaign management, crisis management, communications, and strategy, Josh uses his skills to help companies build strong reputations, and achieve sustainable growth.
Jo Swain
Non-Executive Director
Jo has a passion for corporate social responsibility, coaching and people development, and proven expertise establishing and motivating highly effective teams and cultures.
